Important points:

• Extra charges (If any) would be paid directly at the time of check-out.
• No amount will be refunded in case of cancellation.
• Rescheduling of event can be done only if the cancellation is informed at least two days before the event & would be subjected to the prevailing rates and availability.
• Confirmation of the availability of Farmhouse is to be done before booking.
• Charges would be applied according to the number of people stated at the time of booking and would not be discounted on low count of persons on the event day.
• Extra charges would be applied according to the extra numbers of guests turning up.
• The bifurcation of the number of guests having veg and non veg food should be informed at least 48 hours before the event day.
• Accompanying drivers / transport staffs will be provided separate waiting space and can be served meals @ Rs 250/- per person.
• accompanying drivers / transport staff won’t be permitted to enter the resort and indulge in activities but can be allowed inside on the payment of full package charges.
• All the charges are inclusive of food, accommodation, activities and include the continuous service by our staffs.

Rules and Advice for your convenience and safety

• Guests are adviced to dress in casuals; wearing proper sports shoes are recommended for rides, games and adventure activities. Very loose or hanging clothes or very tight dresses should be avoided as they can be hazardous.
• Guests wishing to take Mud bath and Tube well bath, have to carry their change of clothes and towels and appropriate bathing dresses.
• Bathing in short undergarments is not permitted.
• Guests are not permitted to pluck or put leaves or flowers or fruits grown in the farm in their mouth or eyes, as some of them, though used as medicinal plants ,can be toxic.
• Required attention for any emergency medical conditions should be informed in advance.
• Village Masti also caters to your Special Requirements and should be requested before or at the time of booking.
